Order Procedure
To order a turbocharger, it is useful to provide the manufacturer's part number where possible, this can be found on the bearing housing or compressor cover in the form of an ID plate.

Repair Service
Contact AET Turbos on 01924 894171 to speak to one of our turbo experts, who will discuss the repair procedure, from arranging collection of your unit, stripping the turbo for diognostic and follow-up quotation by telephone. We then carry out the repair on your instruction. After completion the turbo will be delivered or collection if requested.
Exchange Turbo Units.
AET Turbos will despatch the requested turbo subject to availability the same day, if order is received before 4.15pm and arrange collection of the exchange unit when ready for collection.
New Turbo Units.
Any orders received before 4.15pm are despatched the same day subject to stock availability.

Payment Terms
Cash sales; payment becomes due from the date on the invoice. Account payment; due nett 30 days.
We accept cash, BACS or credit card as method of payments.
Carriage
All deliveries and Saturday morning deliveries are charged at the current rate.
Warranty
All our turbo units except competition units carry a 12 month guarantee, or 12,000miles for petrol, 25000miles diesel provided that they are fitted in accordance with the manufacturers fitting guidelines and are not fitted to a worn/faulty/contaminated engine. AET Turbos recommend fitting a new oil feed pipe and the use of high quality synthetic/semi-synthetic oil which should be changed according to manufacturers recommendations or every 6,000 miles if no guidance is available.
