Daniel Yuen
Production Manager
Daniel joined AET in January 2010 as production manager.
Daniel started his career as an apprentice engineer at Holset engineering in Huddersfield west Yorkshire. A major manufacturer of turbocharger and supplier to the commercial industry including major OEM’s such as Volvo, Perkins, Ford, Cummins, DAF, and more.
Daniel spent 4 years in Holset, operating most types of machinery and inspection of different turbo parts. Daniel spent the next 4 years working in Rotor Master Turbocharger, during this time Daniel used his skills to train & coach staff new production techniques.
Daniel also spent 1 year working at Turbocharger Services in Huddersfield, a turbo re-manufacturer and supplier to the automotive & commercial industry.
Daniel wanted a more challenging and different life, so he emigrated to Canada, he worked at Dynamic engineering in Vancouver, British Columbia for 11 years. He worked on marine turbos, such as ABB, Man, Mitsubishi, Napier etc, a certified aircraft turbocharger repairer, also automotive and commercial.
In 1999, Daniel had an opportunity offer in Ontario to be production manager for Bramall Turbo, after 2 years became A.D.P. distributor take over. In this period of time, Daniel worked on most types of hybrids, upgrade and performance turbos, till September 2008.

Dale Walker
Sales Executive
Dale joined AET in September 2009 as sales executive to head up the sales & marketing department, he brings a wealth of sales experience as well as general management experience.
Dale started his career as an apprentice engineer at UEF Shardlows is Sheffield, a major crankshaft manufacturer who supplied the Automotive and commercial industry with new crankshafts to major OEM’s including Cummins, New Holland, DAF, Iveco, Ford, Porsche, Perkins, John Deere and more.
Dale spent 13yrs operating most types of machinery including CNC. Dale got his first managerial position in 1992 when he took over the Cummins line as foreman, after 2 years he was promoted to Superintendent, managing up to 200 skilled workers at any one time. During the 20yrs Dale was trained in all the Japanese tools and techniques including 5’S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, SMED, the list is endless
After 20yrs at Shardlows, Dale decided it was time to move on to a more challenging role with a company called MSI-Mechforge in Doncaster where he was Production Manager, during the 2yrs at MSI Dale achieved many improvements moving the company to be more focused on Continuous improvement activities, learned at his previous company, coaching and mentoring team leaders and other managers.
After 2 years Dale saw a massive opportunity with a Japanese joint venture to take over a small company called Ohta-Philidas as Operations Manager, with full P&L responsibility, this was Dales ambition to run a small 1.8m turnover business starting in October 2000. Again this was a company supplying product to most OEM automotive companies worldwide including, Ford, Honda & BMW as well as many 1st tier suppliers. After 6 months, Dale re-located the business to its sister company Philidas in 2001. Having completed this project, Dale then moved into sales and marketing for Philidas where he held several senior sales positions over 8yrs, eventually taking over as Commercial manager.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Dale to AET Turbos and utilise his experience and sales knowledge to move AET in the direction the current owner and director wish to achieve.
